The Nail Nook Rentals
The Nail Nook is a privately operated beauty suite rental concept designed to provide a clean, professional, fully furnished, welcoming workspace for independent beauty professionals.
Rather than operating as a traditional salon we lease fully furnished suites that are shared by independent renters. Our goal is to create the perfect blend of freedom and flexibilty of booth renting while offering the support, community and environment of a salon.
Benefits of Our Rentals

Included in your rent is a fully furnished nail station with the essentials needed to take clients in a clean, professional space.
Each nail setup includes a nail desk, artist chair, client chair, desk storage, overhead desk light, empty polish racks, towels, a Shemax dust collector built into the desk, and access to EPA-registered disinfectant to help maintain a clean and client-ready workspace.
As a bonus, nail tech renters will also have access to our shared collection of 300+ polishes and a pedicure station, giving you more flexibility in what you can offer your clients without having to invest in everything on your own.
Rent: $185/Week

Included in your rent is a fully furnished hair station with the essentials needed to take clients in a clean, professional space.
Each hair setup includes a styling chair, professional storage, towels, capes, mixing bowls, and access to EPA-registered disinfectant to help maintain a clean and client-ready workspace.
As a bonus, hair renters will also have access to back bar shampoo and conditioner, along with access to the pedicure station, giving you more flexibility in what you can offer your clients without having to invest in everything on your own.
Rent: $220/Week

Each week, we provide a deep cleaning of your suite to help keep the space fresh, professional, and client-ready.
While on-site laundry is available, your rent also includes valet laundry service. Towels, capes, and approved salon linens will be washed, dried, and put away for you, so you can spend less time on upkeep and more time focusing on your clients.

Included in your rent is access to our shared drink bar, designed to create a more thoughtful and elevated experience for both you and your clients.
This gives you an easy way to offer refreshments during appointments while also having a comfortable shared amenity available throughout your own workday. It’s one more detail that helps your space feel polished, welcoming, and client-focused from the moment they arrive.
